Etiquette: Gratuity for chair cover/sash setup?

    What is the proper amount of tip for people who delivery/setup the chair covers? 

    Is it 10-25% of the total cost of the chair cover fee?

    I am not sure either, say if it costs me $800 to rent a chair covers, tipping $120 seems like a lot for "chair cover".
