If I were crafty I would be all over Etsy, but I’m not, so I voted no 🙂

Like daydream said.. I’m not crafty or creative at all, so there’s no way I could ever open one. lol  But if you are.. I say go for it!  And let us know if you do!

Yes, – and the fees aren’t bad at all.

I have an Etsy shop, and find it very easy to manage, and the fees are not to bad, I don’t think. So far all of my sales have paid through PayPal, but I do accept money orders as well.

I think its hugely important to list your item with the correct tags (and multiple tags), and to have good, clear pictures (and multiple pictures) of each item. I know some people find it difficult to sell on Etsy, but I’ve been pretty lucky so far. Etsy does have a lot of good seller info, and forums if you need help with setting up your shop.

Has anyone heard of Artfire? It’s just like Etsy, and I have a shop on there. Right now, I don’t have anything listed since the camera that I have isn’t great at taking pictures, but do hope to get mine up and running soon…if anyone is interested in custom wedding jewelry, hit me up! 🙂

Do it!  If you have stuff worth selling, it’ll be an awesome way to make cash!
