I bought a pillow with a quote I love from Sense and Sensibility by Jane Austen with the intention of using it as a ring bearer pillow.  I ended up using something else but still love the pillow.  It was from the Etsy seller Anna's Trunk.

I also had custom cufflinks with my hometown and DH's hometown on them as a gift for him but her shop is closed I think.  It was Etsy seller Bella Moda Artist but it doesn't seem to be linked anymore.

(On a sidenote I got my invites through Etsy from La Bella Couture and it was an absolute and total nightmare - I don't think she's selling on Etsy anymore - at least not by that seller name.  Night. Mare.)

This is a great thread. I've found tons of great things, but I'll only post the things I've actually purchased.

I purchased these earrings from TZTUDIO. She was great to work with and helped me pick the perfect color pearl for my dress.

I had 10 custom ladies and mens hankies made by EmbroiderybyMelissa. She has been easy to work with and had the best prices I could find.

I am making wine charms to put on everyone's wine glasses, and some of the charms I got were these cute wedding-themed charms from birdysdesigngallery.

I recommend anything by handwired.  I messaged her about my jewelry emergency a week before my wedding and she handmade four pieces for me in two days and I received everything four days before my wedding!  The pieces she makes are GORGEOUS.  And very reasonably priced too.

I got Navy Blue, Red, and Black baker's twine from Annie42, I got a custom made anchor stamp (which has been used a million and one times already!) from Asspocket Productions, and I am contemplating getting my veil from XolBridalBoutique or VeilArtistry.
