What you’ve described sounds like my period ever since I first got it 25 years ago. Not a pleasant time of the month for me ever!

But if you are worried then a doctors visit is in order.

@pandabird:  I say head to your primary care/gyno. The most disconcerting thing is that this is a sudden change–seems like something’s up and it’s probably best to have some tests run to figure it all out.

Feel better!

Some of these symptoms sound like when I had an ovarian cyst. An ultrasound can see if you have any or if any have burst recently. They are a big pain in the ass! Whenever I have one burst I sometimes have heavy bleeding for a day or two and the pain can bring me to my knees.

I would go see a doctor.  Even if your schedule is busy, your health should be a priority, and something this strange with no real cause really calls for an appointment asap.

@pandabird:  Gallbladder? Pancreas? Kidney infection? The fact that you say it gets worse when you eat makes me think gallbladder or something along the lines of that but I can’t be sure. Please keep us updated and hopefully you can get an appointment soon!
