@linnylou_88:  I sort of regret not getting an eternity band. Mine is 1/2 eternity and it spins, although, it’s being sized down now, so maybe that will help.

@linnylou_88:  I have a sizable eternity.  I love it!!  I don’t like ring spinning, and that’s why I chose eternity.  I wasn’t comfortable without just a tiny space of gold, so it could be resized if ever necessary.

I have had both a 1/2 and a full eternity.  I love the 1/2 eternity because it is sizable but I hate the fact it spun.  I loved my full eternity but it got too tight when I started on medication for my fibromyalgia that made my hands and feet swell.  It’s now being remade with a sizing bar and I think that will be the best of all worlds.  I also have a piain band for work but I typically wear it alone rather than with my e-ring.  I like options.

@linnylou_88:  I originally ordered an eternity band immediately after we got engaged- AND I insisted that the diamonds go all the way around– because I thought it would bother me if there was any spin on the ring and the diamonds weren’t center.

But I had only been engaged for days- and in the excitement of it all- I didn’t take everything into consideration.  It was custom made- and once it arrived and it was a tad loose- I realized I  wanted nothing to do with an eternity band.  I was sized- and it’s not like it was falling off- but I knew come winter- it would have been fine when worn with my e-ring, but I want to be able to wear it alone, should I choose.

So THAT band- with sizing beads in it- sits upstairs.  It’s a beautiful ring.  But it’s not going to cut it for my wedding band.

I have diamonds only on the top of my band (which I don’t get to wear yet)- and it fits properly.  I’ve also learned a small amount of spin isn’t going to bother me- and is way better than having something that can’t be resized.
