It’s like I’ve lost any guilt, which is stupid because I still need to fit in to the bloody thing in 9 months time for the big day lol. I used to be really big, like really big, but I lost nearly 5 stone and I have kept it off (despite the occasional fluctuation here and there, never more than 7lbs) but I’ve put on that much this week alone! I know that if I just got back on track and kept eating healthily I could lose that again in about a week, but I just keep binging! Need motivation please!

@TheLawrenceBride: Look at fitness motivation pictures… Pinterest is great for this. Or, start shopping for honeymoon bikinis online… Gets me everytime! : )
Pitch any “snacky” or unhealthy food. Replace it with healthier options. With your wedding so far off, you’ll probably go through this on/off, due to stress and such. As long as you don’t gain more than you think you can get off, don’t beat yourself up too much.

The holiday season is SO HARD.
Can you eat right at home, and eat like a horse at parties?
I find that my weight remains stable as long as I only keep healthy stuff at home, and only eat badly when I’m being social!
That way I’m getting my “bad food” and I’m not depriving myself, but I’m not overdoing it, either!

Thanks for your responses! I think I’m just going to have to try very hard to eat really sensibly at home and literally only indulge when at family occasions lol. It’s just so hard, I love food! Haha. I’ve set a pic of me before I lost any weight as my background on all my devices, so hopefully that will help me keep under control!
