If you just want to copy the info from one to the other, you can just put “=” in the cell you want to copy to, and then click on the cell you want to copy from. It will automatically pull the info and update if that cell changes.

ETA: Here’s more info. What I mentioned above is the 4th option (create a reference), except they’ve got you typing the info, whereas you can just click the cell you want and it will auto input the info for you.
