Great job getting healthy! I took have recently started a training program for 5k! I ran tonight about 1.25 miles, a quarter mile at a time. I really like it too. There is a great park near my apartment I love going to. I have read that yoga, pilates, Piyo (combination of both while keeping your heart rate up, gaining flexibility, stamina, improving everything. Its tough tho, i can only do 15-20 min at a time!) weight lifting, zumba. Thats about all Ive read that is helpful. Good luck!

i like to play dancing games on my wii- just dance, michael jackson, and zumba (that one is the biggest workout!). they’re a lot of fun 🙂
