so I just started this C25K today. I’ve never been one to actual exercise but before my pregnancy (LO is 4 months) I was active with hobbies and such.
I gained a lot of weight and am in terrible shape. I need help. I want to build my energy, lose 40lbs, and get a little more toned but not shaped.
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays are my C25K days. Monday through friday I also walk a little over a mile and a half a day. Im looking to do something else to fill in the Tuesday, thursday, saturday, and Sunday mornings to start my day off right and get my heart rate up (I have hypotension so tho is a good thing.
I’m new at actually exercising but love the way it makes me feel all day. I need the leg breaks from the runs and walks but maybe there are ways to work out other leg/waist\etc muscles. I live right by a scenic walking trail and see the sunrise over the water the mornings of my walks so to incorporate that would be pretty awesome, but other tips would be great too since I keep getting rained out of my walks.
