@Barbiestylez:  Spinning classes got my legs sooo toned and in shape. And quickly too! 🙂  As for my butt, spinning/walking on an incline/stairs/squats.  For my arms, I bought ten pound weights and I work my biceps and triceps!

Tricep dips are also pretty amazing for your arms as well as anything for your shoulders (shoulders tend to show results SUPER quickly, very motivational!).  Lunges are awesome for the lower body, I have a love/hate relationship with them!  I also like to run stairs (I run, bike, and use the elliptical too), running stairs definitely makes those quad muscles show!

Running, man! I swear by it–all three get super toned with ONE exercise! And if you run slow and long, it’s all lean muscle!

Burpees, burpees, burpees! Arms, legs, butt, abs, cardio they’re awesome!! I always try to do at least 30 in each workout of course that’s just one exercise but it’s my fave 🙂
Also squats for the lower body. I did a 30 day squat challenge (I can send it to you if you’d like I’ve just started a second round this month) and was so amazed by the results I wasn’t expecting to see anythig but did it anyway I did notice a large difference. FI, friends and fam noticed too 🙂

I also love Barre classes… Great full body work out. 🙂

@Barbiestylez:  weights. Heavy ones. Ones that make you tired at 8 reps, and really push you by 12. I have a routine for upper body, which I can definitely PM you if you want. For lower body, the incline sled, deadlifts, hamstring curls, and that awkward booty kick machine (can’t recall the name.)

I also alternate cardio with weight days, and I love inclines on the treadmill (these only are effective if you DON’T hold on, otherwise you’re decreasing your exertion by about 60%), biking, and spinning. There’s also the “Stairway to Nowhere” aka HELL that most gyms have. Those will break you down but are fantastic!

Running will take weight off quickly and tone you up!

Also, I have been using this workout since college and the ab workout is something I swear by: http://www.amazon.com/Turbo-Jam-Beachbody-Rockin-Workouts/dp/B000EZHWVQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1382649898&sr=8-1&keywords=turbo+jam

The ab jam is half standing abs, 1/2 on the floor. It took a while to realize how to do it right, but it seriously makes you feel awesome and toned. I ran a marathon last year and took a hiatus from it due to time restraints…yeah that led to the wedding with time restraints..now I am going back to it, it makes you feel great!
