Exercising with health issues

Have you consulted your doctor? It depends upon the health conditions. Personally, I walk my dogs daily and ride my bike, but again…it would really depend on what conditions you’re dealing with.

What about water fitness? My sister was going through treatments that used a lot of steroids and drugs commonly used in chemo, and she started working out at a community center with aquatics. It wasn’t super intense at all but it kept her active and working towards keeping the weight off.

I used to have a belly-dancing workout video that was fun and low intensity. Something fun and different but not quite as fast-paced as Zumba would be!
