I had to super zoom in to that image to see it! Yes, $120,734 is a lot of money — is that a saphire and rubies? What makes it so expensive?

Ummm…is it 100 carats?

Or is it on an international site where the comma is what a period means in the US so its actually $120 and not 120k?

If they’re large, high quality natural, unenhanced stones, they can be really expensive.  Rubies and sapphires of a certain quality can cost a lot more than diamonds.

I would laugh at some one that would stick expensive stones in sterling silver.

I think it does not look as though it is worth remotely that much money!
