Weddingbee boards

Hi!

Does anyone have any experience with Ashley Leoncini, makeup artist? She seems pretty good, has a lovely portfolio on her website and great prices, but she doesn't have ANY reviews on weddingwire or anywhere else that I can find. I'm anxious to go with someone untested. So, hive, anyone familiar with her work??

I didn't find any reviews online, but Ashley was able to provide the contact information of a former bride for me to reach out to. She had pretty glowing things to say about her, but I'm still struggling with this decision!

@AllisonK She really does seem good. I can tell you that she's been really responsive over email, very willing to answer my (one million) questions), and super friendly. I like that she has a well-designed, interactive website (that may seem silly to some, but it tells me she's got good business smarts) and she also actively blogs/tweets about beauty-related topics, so she seems really passionate about it. The bride who gave the testimonial said that she was very professional and extremely talented. I think I'm going to go for it!

By the way, we're almost wedding buddies! Where are you getting married? What other vendors are you using?? Maybe we can swap notes :)
