The only way you are going to know for sure if you’re ovulating early is to chart and temp. At the very least, you could take OPK’s to see when you’re surging (but that will only show that your body is trying to ovulate, not that it is actually happening). Right now, you’re just making guesses.

You may be reading into things to much.  TTC can make you notice all sorts of things that you wouldn’t normally notice, and you may be assuming those signs and symptoms are something else.

Good luck! I hope you get a BFP soon!

Fertile CM is not sticky, it would be very slippery and clear.  I’ve also never heard of a LP that was almost 3 weeks long, not saying it’s not possibly, but I think fairly unlikely.  I think you’re making mountains of molehills and doing way too much symptom spotting.  I’d get OPKs and/or chart to pinpoint when you’re really ovulating.

Have you been on BCP before? If so, how long have you been off them? I have O’d early before but I end up having a shorter cycle when I do. Your LP should remain relatively the same, so maybe you are noticing symptoms of O but not really actually Oing till later?

i ovulated on CD11 last cycle and had a 23 day period.  my LP was 12 days.

RE said based on this information alone, there is no reason why we can’t get pregnant. however, we do have a few small issues between us.

good luck. try temping or using opks.

My first cycle off BC I was not charting or temping or taking opks but I noticed my EWCM around CD 11 or 12.  I had a 28 day cycle so I’m thinking I o’d (if I actually did) somewhere between CD11-14ish.  With that, I moved into cycle 2 expecting the same.  Just like you, a few days after AF, I started feeling cramps and pulled out those OPK’s–all negative.  I started temping on CD9 and did not get my temp shift until CD19! I was WAY off. I understand that my body is changing and trying to normalize itself from bcp but my point is, was I not temping…I would have thought I o’d around CD12-14 for sure.  So it’s very possible that you’re o’ing later.  Temping can really pull you into the hard core ttc camp (which I wasn’t prepared for) so if you’re not wanting to get that serious yet, I’d at least recommend what the other ladies were saying and look into OPK’S where you can at least track your surge.

Good luck to you! I know it can be so frustrating when trying to learn your body….except it never stays the same! =0
