Hi there,
did you receive your dress yet? I am looking at ordering from them, and was curious if you were happy with the dress.
BUMP... anyone else other than the OP ordered from here?
I ordered from them! (16 business days from order to delivery!)
I have to agree that thus far, the customer service has been phenomenal! Before placing an order I had at least a dozen emails exchanged with them (I wanted to change some big parts of a dress) AND after I placed the order, I got a phone call because their seamstress thought the dress would look better with a bustle and they wanted to make sure I would be okay with the change.
DHL tried to deliver the dress yesterday but no one was home... hopefully I get to see it tonight!
Let me know how these dresses turn out. I am dealing with them now. But, haven't ordered yet. Customer Service is 10 so far.

since I had trouble trying to find any real experience with this site, I thought that I would post my experience so far.
Although I found the perfect dress at Kleinfelds, the price tag was not the perfect price. I had found a similar dress at thecustomdresses.com. My daughters also found dresses that they liked. And the prices were amazing.
After submitting the order for the 3 dresses, I hoped that my credit card had not just been displayed all over Hong Kong. Within 24 hours, I received TWO phone calls from Hong Kong asking me questions about the measurements I sent. I also received several emails. They wanted to make sure that the measurements were correct and what I had sent them didnt make sense.
So.....thus far, I'm AMAZED at their customer service. I will let you know if my dress looks anything like what I ordered.
