I ordered my gown frm The Wedding Shoppe store – they are really great to work with. Ive gotten the same service while ordering accessories etc via their website. If you ever have an issue, just call them 🙂

I didn’t get my gown from them, but I did order my shoes from them, and that was fine, no complaints.  I ordered my gown through bestbridalprices.com, and they were good too.  I’d recommend either of those sites.

I ordered my Allure from best bridal prices. Same price as the wedding shoppe, and I received $400 store credit for shoes and veil!

It’s an actual brick and mortar store here in St. Paul, so I’ve ordered bridesmaid dresses both in person and online. Never had any trouble with the two I ordered online! The only catch with the online is that they want someone to be able to sign for the package when it’s delivered (which I’m sure is fairly normal practice) so I had it sent to my office where there would for sure be a person there to sign for it.

I did their trial sample of their Kennedy Blue dresses (it’s their in house brand for bridesmaid dresses) and had a great experience with them. Their customer service is very efficient and friendly.  My trial order took much longer than expected as the shipment got lost and rerouted for some reason, but they were great at trying to fix the problem. I didn’t order the bridesmaid dresses from them in the end, but it had everything to do with the style/color of the dresses than the shop itself.

I bought my dress from their actual store in St Paul, MN.  They were great to work with!  They referred me to the website for a couple of things that they didn’t have in store (flowergirl dresses) so I know the website is closely tied with the actual store in MN.

I also bought my dress from their store in St. Paul. I had an AWESOME experience! I got to work with one of the owners (didn’t know it at the time though!) and got my veil for free! I would completely trust them for ordering online. Also, since it is a MN company, there is no tax on your dress 🙂 at least that’s what my consultant told me, and she said that’s why their online store is so popular.

I bought my dress at their store in st. Paul and LOVED it. All of their gowns are so unique. Because I bought a sample it was HALF off. And my dress looked like it had been tried on a few times so there wasn’t really any damage besides a loose bead here and there. I also bought my bridesmaid jewelry online from them. I was a little upset at first because after I ordered it, the next web page that piped up said that they would contact me within 7 days if my order wasn’t in stock. Say what? I was pissed. But, the day that I was going ti call and question it, I got the jewelry in the mail. 🙂
