As I posted yesterday, I went extreme with the PWC. I had longggg hair and cut it into a pixie. I LOVE it! Ladies, don't be afraid to do a drastic change...it could look awesome!
I donated my hair to Pantene Beautiful Lengths.

Holy crap that was brave/bold to do but it looks awesome! I really like it. I'm dying to cut my hair too, I'm sick of the length but I'm still scared to do it. This definitely inspired me. I think maybe I should shorten it gradually.
It looks fab!! And good for you for having the guts to go really short--I did a bob last February and it was so difficult to watch the hair fall away, but I felt soo free afterwards! :)

@jennifer: Don't be afraid! It feels so good to do it :o) And it's not permanent, so it will grow back. I'm going to keep it this way for a while and then grow it out into a choppy bob. I think the most important part is to find a stylist who will really take their time with it and make sure it suits you. I loveeee my stylist!
Holy crap - you look hot!!! Makes me wish I had straight hair so I could chop it off and not look like I was wearing a clown wig!
You are really brave! I cut off 7 inches post-wedding, and I'm still freaking out. I love my stylist too, and the cut is good, it's just so different.

Again, I am COMPLETELY in love with it. I told DH i wanted to chop my hair off, too, (and showed him this pic!) and had him begging for me to keep my long hair, LOL. I LOVE it!

Wow I love your short haircut! It looks amazing on you. I cannot wait to do this after my wedding. I don't think I will go quite so short (I'm a little scared to...I have big ears that stick out!) but definitely at least 7-8 inches are getting cut off.

AMAZING! You look fantastic! I love it! I threatened to do a post wedding chop but never followed through with it. If I only had the texture to pull off Jennifer Nettles' hair I definitely would!
OMG you look amazing! I got one too, but I only went just above my shoulders. I really wanted to do something like that but am terrified that it wouldn't look right

@caszos: My husband loveedddd my long hair. He was so heartbroken that I was cutting it....and he ended up loving the short hair too :o) You never know!
@jenn: It feels awesome! I was SO bored with my long hair. I was used to changing my hair all the time and it was so boring to grow it out for the wedding. It's about 259083408 degrees in New York right now and it feels great to have the weight off!
It looks SO GOOD! Especially the front - it really frames your face. I cannot wait for my post wedding chop!

I bet it feels great with this heat wave we're having (I'm near Philly)!!! Is it easy to style? I wouldn't have a clue how to style short hair, since I've had long hair since I was little. Oh, and when I asked if it feels wierd, I just meant do you sometimes reach to your neck and "forget" and think, "Oh my gosh, where'd it go?"..that kind of thing. So it sounds like you are adjusted to the new 'do right away! :)
