Right now I'm using RAPID LASH, purchased from costco. Its like Latisse but you don't need a perscription. It seems to be working!! I've been using it for only 2 weeks, and I have noticed a difference! But I never heard of perming the eyelashes...sounds painful!
My friend's mom is an aesthetician and she permed my eyelashes for free a few years ago. It was GREAT! Didn't have to use the eyelash curler at all. She was very professional and didn't get any of the chemicals in my eyes... I didn't feel a thing. My lashes were nice and curly for about 6 weeks before they started to straighten out again. I'd do it again in a flash if given the opportunity. :)
I've never heard of an eyelash "perm", but I am using a special mascara to help grow my lashes. I'm using Cargo's Lash Activatior and I love it!! If you aren't familiar with Cargo, its a great line sold at Sephora and Ulta.
In the asian countries: singapore, japan, eyelash perming has been around for a while and I have only ever heard good things. that said, I have never done it.

ive never heard of an eyelash perm, it sounds a bit scary. the FDA seems to approve almost anythng these days so id look carefully into why the havent before you do it. If it works it sounds really convenient, would you still have to use mascara then?

never heard of it! Id be worried about chemicals near my eyes. (A la, I would never use lashtisse unless I actually had glaucoma... which is what its made for)
Just want everyone else to know that I recently got my lash permed. Make sure you get medium to large rollers. It came out awesome! I Love it. It was kinda tiring though although I didn't do anything but lie there for 40+ minutes.

Have any of you gals perm your eyelashes? or plan to do so? I've seen some very pretty eyelashes but have also heard about how the stuff is not FDA approved and may be harmful to your eyes, etc... Any comments or experience to share?
