Me! Me! I only haev a short break though, five day weekend starting tomorrow but i'll take it!
ME!!!! I get 12 days off after today! I'm so excited and cant wait for the rest and time off

Me, too!! I'm ready to spend time with family and my fiance!! Only four more days until I'm sitting in my mother's living room!
Is anyone travelling out of town? I'm not; I'm lucky enough that my family and my hubby's family are all in town. Glad I don't have to worry about travelling with the winter storm looming.
I'm so ready. I'm on vacation from one job, but still have to work at my part time one. It will be marvelous to sleep in. We have our work Christmas party tomorrow too, so I'm not sure that tomorrow should count as a work day.

I'm off the 23-25 and I can't wait. Retail at Christmas time is the absolute worst!
I am SO ready!! I work until about 3 tomorrow, also. Then I return to work on January 2nd. DH and I leave on Saturday for our honeymoon to Mexico! We'll be there for 8 full days!! Can hardly wait!
ME ME ME ME ME! FI and I are leaving tomorrow afternoon and heading south to his parent's house! We're driving 30 hours all told over our 12 days of leave but I'm SOOOO excited we'll both be able to see our families together!
@arsing89: i'm in the same boat... off from teaching from tomorrow until the 6th of january; but, will be working a couple shifts at the bar to make some extra cash. waitressing is sooooo much less stressful than teaching, though, so it probably won't even seem like it's taking away from my break.

ME! I thought I was going to have to work Monday but found out I can just take it off if I wanted. Well, of course, YES I WANT TO!
Tomorrow we're having an office party, so it's pretty much going to be a wash as far as getting work done is concerned. Probably will be leaving early too...so yay! for a 4 day weekend!!
I am so ready for the break... Fortunately, it came a bit early in the form of a snow day (yay, being a teacher! Though, I am using it to get caught up on work I can't get done when the students are around). Back to work tomorrow and then off until I have to report back on the 2nd.
Ugh, I wish! Unfortunately, however, I work retail during the holiday season for some extra $, and from now to New Years is our busy time (hence hiring over the holidays). I'm working the next 5 days in a row (including Christmas Eve), and then I'm back in on the 28th, 29th, and 31st. I would have been working the 30th, as well, but DH and I are attending a wedding.
Here's hoping these next few nights go quickly!
So ready! My DH and I are leaving for Southern California tomorrow and I am looking forward to a 10 day vacation. I am beyond exhausted and looking forward to food, family and most of all no work.
I only get the weekend off (as usual) and Christmas Day. UGH.
Even my boss knows we won't be busy (insurance compny) but I think she's trying to torture us!
i'm working sun, mon & xmas but then i have a week off after that, so i'm pretty excited.
MEEEEEEEEE! I'm working until 11am tomorrow, then we are off on a 14 hour drive to see my family. We'll be there tomorrow through 12/27. Then, we drive back here to Chicago and fly to Dublin on 12/29 for our honeymoon in Ireland! We're there until 1/9, and I don't go back to work until 1/14. SO READY!
I am working next week which I'm kind of okay with because it will be quiet and I don't have to waste my leave. Happy for the long weekend coming up though.
I'm so excited that I hoarded my vacation time this year. My husband's company shuts down between Christmas and New Years, but I only get Christmas Eve and Day off. This year I asked for the entire week off back in like October and got it approved. He's been working 6 days a week for the last few months and I'm so excited that I actually get to see him for more than 2 hours a day, YAY! Two more days until an entire week off!
@Cory_loves_this_girl: I know how that goes! Today and tomorrow are my first days off after an 8 day stretch! This is what I consider a holiday break ;)
I'm off from the 22nd to the 26th, unfortuantely there's 12 hours of driving in there and 5 scheduled events. I'm the only one here and I'm being super useless today. I'm just tired form the stess of the week (2 car break downs on the same day). I want a nap so bad.
I have a week and a half break starting tomorrow and am so excited! I'm drooling thinking of all the time and just hope I don't end up feeling like I wasted it :P I will get to spend all this time with FI and my father and sister are coming up from out of state to visit us! Big deal since we just moved 14 hrs away two months ago :D
I work until 5 on Christmas Eve, than off Christmas Day, right back to work the next day.. Rinse and repeat for New Years :-(
Well I worked on December 6 and am not planning on doing it again until January 3rd! Taking a looooong vacation :)
MEEEeeeEEEeee.. I work tomorrow and then I am off until the 2nd! Can't wait. It honestly doesn't feel like it's so close. I am in desperate need of this break. We are getting pummeled at work.. oh and their awesome idea is to give those of us that are off next week "more" of the work load yesterday, today and tomorrow.. doesn't make much sense to me but whatevs..... just gotta make it through tomorrow :-)
