I can't give any personal recommendations, but a Google search brought up these:
Raindrop Desserts in Port Angeles. I know it's not super close to Poulsbo, but OMG! Their cake is to die for! Our tasting was awesome... the buttercreme frosting is the best I have ever had and the cake was moist and delicious! It's worth the hour and 15 minute drive!
Ellen's Cakes in Poulsbo is REALLY yummy. She bakes at her home. I wouldn't say they are much to look at, though.. I am having her make my wedding cake and my aunt is bringing it to Seattle for the wedding. I have had her champagne cake many times and it is amazing. I don't typically love cake, but hers is great. My fiance loves his sweets and he had Ellen's cake at my cousins wedding last summer and that was that! He claims he ate 5 pieces! We are going with a very simple design and we are decorating it with flowers.

Hi there!
I am wondering if anyone has a recommendation for cake makers near Poulsbo? I am looking to surprise my future in-laws with a delicous and beautiful cake for the party they are throwing to celebrate their 40th anniversary and or engagement.
Thanks!
