Fall Apple Recipes

I always make stuffed apples… you can make them either sweet or savory! For sweet, do a mix of oats, brown sugar, raisins, pecans or walnuts, etc. with lots of butter. For savory, do a sage stuffing with walnuts, celery and carrots. Delish!

I found this recipe from a German cookbook and made this a few weeks ago: Applekuchen

Kuchen is a single layer cake
