For those of us that are getting married once fall weather actually becomes a little crisp-er… are you planning to wear anything on top to keep in some of the heat during outdoor photos? I don’t *need* a coverup for aesthetic reasons – I’m happy with my arms… I just don’t want my arms turning red if it’s extra chilly! I’m getting married October 25 (in Canada since that makes a difference lol). Show me what you got!

My dress has a lace illusion neckline, not sure if that counts as keeping warm? lol<br />We’re getting married in November!

kristen182: Following, bc I could totally use inspiration. My wedding is in November and where I’m from, it can either be 65 and sunny or a blizzard!!

kristen182: I haven’t purchased it yet but I was thinking of just getting a wrap in a deep fall color to wear in some of the photos or if I go outside for part of our reception since that is where the bar will be.

kristen182: I got married in October 2012. When I got cold I put on an angora sweater. It was similar to what Kate Middleton wore with her reception gown.

kristen182: I’m getting married this October, and the average for that time here is ~high 60s/low 70s with lows in the 50s. I’ll either be getting cardigans for myself and the bridal party to wear, or reusing Pashminas that we already own.
ETA: Forgot to mention how much I love howtobeawife‘s angora sweater. It’s beautiful!

- Wedding: October 2014 - Easton's Beach Rotunda Ballroom
howtobeawife: Love this! where did you find it?
vip0802: My wedding is early October in new England so it can either be summer hot or fall with a capital F. I’m praying for nice weather but plan on looking to get my girls pashminas for between photos. I dont usually get red when cold so I might just do without – or will be so nervous I will be warm no matter what.

AmyBamy: Thanks! I found it online. It is the Eliza J “Kate” sweater.

My FMIL is knitting me a shawl to go with my dress. It really just looks like a knit pashmina, not old lady shawl. But I’m a little nervous cause I obviously can’t see it til it’s done, but here’s hoping!

kristen182: I was married November 16th in Minnesota….so maybe a little cooler than fall weather. I wore a cardigan, and also got cardigans for my bridesmaids to wear. I love the cardigan look, but it may be too casual for some:)
