love this thread! i always knew i'd get married in the fall.
I love the candy corn candle. Super cute. And the pumpkins with seeds on them. I wish I was getting married in fall.
charmedlife357. I wish we could have done a fall wedding as well. We had a few complications - he is in school, so we would have had to postpone the honeymoon. Fall is my birthday, his parents anniversary, my parents anniversary (who are now divorced), Halloween, and other things sprinkled around.
The honeymoon hurdle was too much for him, he wanted to go right away, and I didn't want it to mess with his semester (don't think he cared either way), so we tried for August, still going with a fall theme - but that didn't work out either.
So we had June. But I LOVE to decorate my house for fall & love the ideas here.

Here's my inspiration board. We have a huge decorative gourd "pile" that grows each year in our backyard so we'll be set for those decorations! yay!

is this your personal pic? why the alternating fabrics for the isle? just curious. I'm thinking of using burlap as an isle runner.
we just moved our wedding from May to October 2011 and I have been going crazy on my blog with fall inspirations. glad to find this board - there are a bunch on here that I haven't seen yet! LOVE FALL WEDDINGS!

anyone else having a hard time narrowing down the fall decor? I feel like if I use pumpkins AND leaves AND wheat AND all the other good stuff it's just going to look like a big county fall festival, and I don't want that. I want fall... but classy. rustic. vintage. I'm having a hard time feeling like it's still a wedding.
