@klb2748:Try yellow, peach or orange roses.  You can get Orange callalillies and add some purple roses.  I just saw this last night when I was visiting my florist.

Check out calla lillies! They are tall and dramatic, and you can find them in deep purple, orange, white and other shades:

I know dahlias are available in october. 🙂

Talk to a florist to find out what is in season during that time of year.  The florist can get you whatever you want, but if it isn’t in season it will cost you more than an arm and a leg.

I love calla lilies because they come in literally like every color imaginable.  I’m having dahlias which I also love because the colors are very “fallish”.  Mums are also great.  I’d talk to your florist, she’d know what flowers will still look fresh after the ceremony as well as give you an idea of different blooms you can use for your vision.
