LittleRedImages:  A pic would be great, and what exactly do you not love about it?

LittleRedImages:  Agree, we need a pic! Maybe you’re just doubting yourself and you shouldn’t be?

Agreed. A pic would be helpful 🙂 it probly looks beautiful on you! BUT if it is truly not your style and something you love, selling it is an option. That way you’d be able to put that money toward a dress you really love. Do you have time to buy a new one, though?

Well, maybe that’s because it is a wedding dress.  You are already married so you can’t have a wedding.  You need a dress for your vow renewal.

doeydo:  sounds like she didn’t get to wear the dress the first time around, though. Ik a lot of people don’t/are unable to do the whole thing the first time around, and just do it for a vow renewal later on 🙂 not sure if that’s the exact situation here, but I would say ur allowed to wear a “wedding” gown for a cow renewal…especially if u didn’t get to on ur wedding

LittleRedImages:  Maybe get it steamed and do your hair and make up and get totally done up and try it on that way. Maybe it is just because it is all wrinkled up? It is beautiful!

doeydo:  I know of a lot of people who wear traditional wedding dresses for vow renewals, especially if they actually never had a real wedding.

If u don’t love it, and you can afford to buy another dress, buy another one.

A real wedding is when two people become married.  So, she had a real wedding.

doeydo:  A wedding dress is still a wedding dress.. whether it was purchased two years ago and has sat in a closet since then…..

If you don’t love it, I would try selling it. Even $500 would be a nice amount seeing as it has just sat in a closet all this time doing nothing anyways!
