I’ll admit, I can’t remember which ones I used. I went into Sephora and asked which ones would by FAR be the most subtle. I was pretty anti-false eyelashes, but since I was doing my own makeup, I wanted to make sure my eyes popped. So I asked them to give me ones they thought would look really natural. Here was mine:

Also, this is black and white, but I think it shows the effect well:

Get Ardell Demi wispies, Walmart has them. I bought some to trial my DIY makeup and I’m in love with them.

Mine were by Revlon. I think I bought them at Target or Walmart.

ON this topic, my MUA has asked me if I want individual or a strip. Any false eye lash ladies wish to let us know which they are wearing?

My MUA used individual lashes. I LOVED them and couldn’t feel them on my eyes. And IMO they looked really natural as well. Here’s some pics.

@SweetartMD:  Wow love your lashes in that pic! Gorgeous……did you keep them up after the wedding? I have thought about getting them but afraid of the damage it might cause to the real lashes. Did they cause any damage when they came off?

@weddingbound:  Well what happens is that they weigh your lashes down so they do tend to fall out quicker than they would normally would, but they still last a very long time.

The fact that they make your lashes fall off faster than they normally do (which they all DO fall out, just at different rates so you don’t notice them as much) makes it kind of noticable when you eventually get them taken off. So all the lashes that fell out are in a “new growth” stage, so they appear much smaller.

My eyelashes bounced back quick though! They ARE shorter for a few weeks though, and its a LOT more noticable after you get the lashes taken off because they were just SO LONG! 🙂 Hope that helps!

I kept mine after the wedding till they all fell off. I had them done for my bridals and my wedding.

My makeup person used Katy Perry lashes, which made me LOL, but I got SO many compliments throughout the night about how amazing and natural my lashes looked!

This is a horrendous pic of me, but you can see how they looked.

@SweetartMD:  Thanks for the info! Seeing that pic of yours makes me want them but I know I am too lazy and wouldn’t want to pay for the up keep! Maybe I’ll get them for a special occasion at some point!
