We’re doing this as well.  In addition to wedding photos of my parents, FI’s parents and our grandparents, we’re including photos of my kids, our two dogs, and family pictures from when we were younger.  We’re having a vintage theme so I’m turning all the photos into black/white and they will be on display in different frames.  I think different frames actually makes it look neater.  Our photos range in size from 5×7 all the way down to 2×3.

We are doing different size frames, but all of the same finish, silver. Or we’re going to use old books that are hollowed to make frames… if I actually get around to thrifting for them and putting in the elbow grease.

i personally kept them their origianl size – my dad owns a custom frame shop so some of these were already matted and framed and were hangin in their house so for the othesr i just bought cheap frames at target that kind of matched.

We’re doing the same at our reception and will be using different frames.  Some of the photos, especially those of grandparents on their wedding day, are very old and I feel safer not toying with them.  Plus, I think it’ll look more unique with some different size photos and frame styles.
