I was saying.. not the crafiest project or the prettiest.. but it's my first wedding project so I am proud :)
I actually really like them! I may hang these/affix them to my trees in my centerpiece. Thanks for the brain juice boost!
Cute!
I actually bought one of those a few years back and painted the Puerto Rican flag on in with my FI. These wood words can be used for just about anything.
Good luck with the rest of your projects!
I love them. You can give them to different families to use as decoration pieces in their homes after the wedding.

I made something! OK, I colored something.. I am so not crafty.. and I have a lot of DIY projects planned for this wedding, so I wanted to start with something easy to get myself into crafting.
I went originally trying to find wood letters to paint for "family" and a board to glue them together on or something, the letters were $2 a piece! I could buy a family sign already made for that price! So I was looking around and I found already made wood signs that say "family" but they were a baby blue color, I need cobalt blue (or close to it). So I picked up the signs, they were only a dollar. Then I tried to figure out how to get them to stand on the family table.. I thought about using an ornament hanger, but then I saw the little picture stand thingies!!
Anyways, spray paint is my new favorite friend. I have never used spray paint before!! It worked beautifully!! And my signs only cost a couple bucks :)
