Weather its a diamond, a moissy, a cz, a gem stone of any kind - Post your fancy cut engagement rings just because I can't get enough of them! Emeralds, ovals, hearts, pears, marquise, ect ect ect. Lets see them!

I have a fancy intense yellow cushion. Sorry for the large picture. And bad hand shot quality.

here is my ring..i dont remember the name of the cut but I am obsessed with my ring. the emeralds are my birthstone the diamond is his!

When SO and I were ring shopping, there wasn't a marquise to be seen! Wish I'd gotten a chance to try one on :)
This must be a really dumb question....but what makes a stone fancy cut?

@MademoiselleL: & I really don't know other than the shapes of a marquise, pear, oval, heart, trillion, princess, radiant, emerald, asscher, cushion, & maybe others are listed as fancy cuts. I don't remember them all. lol & it doesn't sound stupid at all!
So I googled it and basically it's anything other than a round brilliant lol. Awwww...poor round brilliants!
My ring is sad!

This is my elongated cushion-cut pink amethyst. I don't know if that's considered fancy-cut but I don't see too many of them. You can't quite tell from the pic, but it's set in rose gold and has a micropave band. I loooove it! Sorry this pic is big and not that high quality... This was taken with my phone.
@blingybride: Round brilliants are so beautiful & have the most brilliance. So I guess they have their own club, too! lol
