That’s really neat to know exactly where the food’s coming from and being involved in that process. FI’s a vegetarian, so he wouldn’t think it’s as cool, but it’s definitely interesting and unique. I bet it’ll be delicious.

It’s not ridiculous at all! There is so much to be said for knowing where your food comes from, even your wedding food! We try very hard to purchase local humanely raised meats, local honey and local produce. Our venue cater’s with local nuts, honey, meat and produce. The farm the beef comes from is a few miles away!

That is SO cool! Farm to table is a huge movement where I’m from in Vermont–So I’m so happy you get to do it for your wedding!

@k8:  Yay! We had a farm to table caterer and it was AWESOME. Some guests said it was the best meal of their lives.
