slomotion :  +1 ..this is by far the best comment I’ve read on the bee…

OP seriously though, go eat a meal. This decision is so ridiculous and can be dangerous, especially with the symptoms you’re describing

Your wedding is 3 months away? That’s plenty of time to make a difference in your body weight. Stop with the fasting. Eat healthy and workout! If you workout 5-6x a week and eat healthy, in 3 months you will be very slim

Why starve yourself, instead of eating a healthy diet with good exercise?  Losing a few extra pounds isn’t worth the amount of damage you could do to your body.

ana2017 :  Are you actually encouraging this woman to continue starving herself cause it gets better on day three?

Go sit in a corner.

Why not lose weight in a healthy, manageable way…

No starving myself, I’m eating a LOT. Im down almost 15 pounds so far this year and about 15 inches all over. It’s a lifestyle change and this is going to kill you, not make you skinny.

chillax ok. She’s a big girl she can decide what she want to do. I didnt encourage anything, this wasn’t even advice. I shared my personal experience. Am I gonna be help liable if she starves herself now? Geezuuus. And I did say she should drink at least something sweet, (so she doesn’t pass out and possibly die by hitting her head on something). See.

Dont tell me where to go sit. 😛

ksn1219 :  You look fab – the difference in your back is incredible! 😀

Well done you!

OP – please eat something. If you fast, you’re causing yourself all kinds of internal damage. Not to mention the fact that when you DO eat, you are going to gain weight SO FAST or you’ll end up throwing up and being hospitalised because your body is rejecting food.

Eat healthily and exercise if you would like to be a glowing bride.

slomotion : this is my favourite comment ever, I know it’s totally serious but I had a giggle at the way you said it!

I’m hoping you have eaten something, you’re on the wrong forum for starving yourself 🙁 and you should go get yourself checked out asap for your sugar levels etc

Instead of fasting, I would suggest a daily diet that look more like this: A greens and fruit smoothie for breakfast; a big salad for lunch that includes lettuce, tomato, chicken, and a lemon/lime drizzle; and a protein packed dinner like beans, turkey, etc. You can eat things like celery (nearly zero calories) for snacks. This way you will get the nutrients and energy you need for, you know, living life, while still cutting out a lot of calories.

Is this a serious post? You want to stop eating for 3 months? Stop finding the easy way out and work out and eat well. 3 months is plenty of time to get good results. Jeeez
