I have a fat face, and I didn’t always. I’ve been on a diet/exercise plan and have lost about 20 pounds, but my face still looks the same. I’ve been comparing to pictures of myself when I was at this same weight previously and I don’t have such chubby cheaks. Is there a way to lose weight in my face??

My trainer told me there is no such thing as targeted weight loss, so it’s pretty much impossible to pick a spot and lose from there.

you probably need to lose weight before it comes off your face. Usually that’s one of the first places! But it’ll come off, don’t worry. You just have to keep working at it =

I’m just getting a little mifted because I’m only 5 pounds away from my goal weight of 115 and I would think my face would be slimmer by now. When I look at pics of me at that weight from a few years ago It is seriously smaller but I still have my chubby face.

One thing i’ve noticed is I stop drinking pop, my face seems to thin out. I don’t know if you are a pop drinker, but it’s a thought. GL

I 100% agree with bridget. I read in a magazine once to drinka glass of water in the morning, as soon as you wake up. Usually people are dehydrated when they wake up, so that kinda kicks off the puffy face. Also, try drinking a glass of water before you go to bed as well (if your bladder lets ya!). I’ve noticed a difference in my face when I do vs. when I dont!

even though i’m 116, but i have a round face too! i don’t know how to slim the face down, so i am trying to lose a few pounds so that my face will not look as fat……..
