So, I’ve posted a few pictures of the wooden bands that the boy and I ordered as our engagement bands. I tried mine on the other day, and I’ll be damned if that thing doesn’t even go over my knuckle anymore! Fit fine when I ordered it, lol, but now I’m having some concerns. Could I just be puffy from the heat, or am I growing a new set of giant man-hands?
Also, if my fingers never revert to their former 6.5 size, what should I do with my band? Unfortunately, it can’t be re-sized, but I’d be open to alternative ideas of how to wear it. I don’t really care if it’s on my finger or not, but it would be nice to have it on my person somewhere.

I would do something like this:
or like this one, but maybe not so many chains and a different clasp:
D’oh! Meant to say, obviously your ring would go where the heart is on these bracelets!

It could be from the heat. In the winter my ring sometimes feels like its going to fall off. In summer its a great fit! After a night a chips/salsa and Margaritas I usually have to force it on 🙂

@SugerPlum: I like your idea!!
op: I would design the necklace or bracelet to be so you can take off the ring and wear it when you can. you could also have a bigger “summer” ring to wear on puffy days. a 2mm wide comfort fit band would be very comfortable.
