My brother just had a wedding where the groom and groomsmen were in brown tuxes. Both fathers wore brown as well.
It's totally up to you. I've seen weddings where the fathers wore tuxes because the bridal party was in tuxes and I've seen weddings where the fathers were allowed to wear what they wanted but were given a bout and a tie just to distinguish them from the other guests. It totally depends on what type of look you want to go with.
They all rented them from the same place. I know Men's Wearhouse has them too and they are a national chain.
We are having all of our guys in the brown tuxes too, even the dads.

Do the fathers wear the same thing that the Groomsmen wear? Our guys are wearing brown tuxes. Is it ok for the dads to do black or are they supposed to "fit in"?
