I recently have spent to much money on going to get Micro Dermibrasion done and trying to find a product to use at home. Home made or bought.
I do like my results from the Micro dermibrasion but i dont find its more progressive then some home products i have used in the past.

@Nikkimcq: I just used a sample of the Mary Kay micro derm products and was impressed, and I could see a difference.

I have been using a PMD for four weeks (once a week) in combination with a cell rejuvenating moisturiser from La Roche Posay. So far nothing amazing has happened but it is supposed to take a while to see results.
As you are in Canada you will be able to get the Pro PMD, I had to get the regular one as I am in the UK, but your skin might be more suited to the Pro one if you have had full on microderm before.

This set from Philosophy is AMAZING – I have never felt my skin be so smooth and baby-soft. You massage an exfoliant into your skin first and then apply the activating gel on top, and it gets warm and tingly while it works. It is super satisfying (but not painful). I use it about once per month, but I’m sure you could use more frequently.

For a cheap (but good) scrub i use regular honey (from a squeezy bottle) with a half a teaspoon of sugar. Apply to wet skin and rinse off well.Skin like a baby’s backside! I do this once/twice week and use just the honey on the other days.
Im mid 40’s but i get a lot of compliments on my skin and this is all i use, highly reccommended

Thanks all! I actually just tried the coconut and baking soda tonight and it felt great!

Raw honey (it’s kind of grainy) & brown sugar with lemon juice! I do this a couple times a week, let it sit on my face while I shower and then use my Clarisonic over it and rinse. Baking soda works great, too!

@Nikkimcq: I just like to take a bunch of baking soda, a bit of whatever facewash you have and somewater to make a thick paste and scub away! trust me, its amazing!

@Nikkimcq: I recently switched to the oil cleaning method (OCM) and I really like it. It’s also CHEAP!
Best scrub I’ve found so far = cane sugar and either honey or a bit of the OCM blend.
Prior to this I used the Bare Minerals scrub which I liked, but it was pricey and had more chemicals in it.
