I don't know what size they come in, but if there is a Michael's near you you can go to the store to check it out. Unfortunately, they're white, not ivory or champagne. However, if you are unable to find anything else, you might try using the white boxes as a template on cardstock of the color you want and make them that way. Very labor intensive, but it might work as a last resort.
Hmm...sophie's favors seems to have some I might check out. I might try michaels but I'm not a good diy person.
