I think it would be easier to have Mrs. Jones with a little 2 below it (for table 2). Because otherwise, they walk away from the board and forget as they mingle with people.
I just bought 100 picture frames (the one they keep saying that was in the movie "27 Dresses"). I am using them as (Escort Cards) although they are really place card holder frames. They will be on a table in the hallway before you go into the reception room so, I think what I am going to do in this case, type Mr. and Mrs. So and So - Table 1. This way, one frame per couple or one frame for each single person.
Now for the head table, I am not sure how I am going to do that one. I think A-there is the frame with person's name -Head Table. Then when they get to the Head Table I just may get actual Tent Place Cards indicating in what seat everyone will sit at.
Very confusing when there are no real rules anymore.

Hello,
I am hoping someone can help me. I am doing mini picture frames as our place card holders / favors. I would like to have them on the tables with a board in the cocktail hour. So my question is do I still have the table number on the printed card inside the fram with the name if it's already on the table?
Also, is it over-kill to do one for each person even though that means couples will be taking home 2 at the end of the night?
Thanks!
