I like strawberry but the white chocolate sounds very interesting.
Well out of those flavor you listed if I had to pic something it would be white chocolate.I'm not a big fan of fruit filling for cake personally. For my cake two tiers will be velvet cake and the filling will be: cream cheese buttercream, chocolate ganache, cream cheese buttercream. The third tier will be chocolate cake with chocolate truffle mouse and the last tier will be chocolate cake and mocha mouse cream filling! and the iciing will be a chocolate ganach! We love chocolate!
The filling flavor completely depends on the cake flavor to me. Like some people love chocolate cake with raspberry filling, but that is terrible to me. But give me a white cake with raspberry filling and I am in love. But I think it is hard to go wrong with something like a buttercream as a filling.
Out of the ones posted, strawberry (YUM) but personally I'm into creamy fillings. Ours will be bavarian cream filling.
Of the ones posted, I said white chocolate. I'm also not a huge fan of fruit fillings. But they're OK. I like bavarian creme filling. Also for fancy cakes (like weddings), I also like other fun fillings, like hazelnut, mocha, etc. (Although those might not be the safest to please all guests.)
