We are doing family pictures in a couple of weeks and I am having a hard time finding something to wear (of course it is easy to find kids clothes, they look great in everything). I live in a city with 2 malls, but they have pretty basic stores- Boston Store, Express, Gap-and haven’t found anything that wowed me.
What are your go to places either on line or in person? If it helps I am looking for a nice sweater or fall dress, thanks!

Honestly, I end up at Target all.the.time! I do like Ann Taylor though. I can usually find something at Kohl’s too.

I enjoy shopping at several of our non-chain boutiques and consignment shops around here.
Otherwise, my go-to would be Anthropologie, Scoop NYC, and Nordstrom.

Mod Cloth has SUPER cute dresses/blouses. Also love J.Crew (or J. Crew Factory, their discount stuff), Gap, Nordstrom.

Ooh yeah, I love anthropologie as well, but boy does it get expensive!

I love Anthropologie and buy most of my clothes there, but there is no reason to buy anything full price. Pretty much everything eventually gets marked down to half price.
