So, I wanted to start a random post! I was wondering what everyone else’s favorite workout drink is! Mine is water! My favorite drink ever is water, actually! Lol! I love water! I canNOT get enough of cool, simple water. Lol. I probably sound like a weirdo! 😛 That’s okay because I am. 😛 So, go ahead and post your favorite workout drink explaining why! 🙂

I don’t drink anything during or before a workout, but I drink water all day long, so I guess, yeah, water.

@evangeladanae: Water all the way. That along with OJ and milk are the only non-alcoholic drinks in our house 😛

L-Glutamine powder mixed in ice water. I keep it in my blender bottle.

Water’s the only way to go during the workout! I don’t really like drinking that much gatorade, but FI does…it makes me feel bleh. Too much sugar, I guess.
Before the workout I’ve been drinking Assault the assault workout powder, definitely helps me have more energy for big workouts! And I’ve just gotten into protein shakes for recovery after – not sure what kind we have, but it’s the cake batter flavored one and I make it with milk. Having a boy in the house with these things is convenient haha.
