Favorite Edible Favors?

We've decided to a sort of edible favor but we can't decide on what. Chocolate in September can melt, not everyone likes pretzels, etc. We thought of doing an assortment of a few but I'm not sure exactly what.

What are your favorite edible favors?

Cookies! either fancy pants custom ones, or super sweet family recipe ones (which you can also connect the recipe too) maybe even a cute tag line like "we go together like cookies and milk"

For my brother's wedding, he's got jars of fruit jam with cute labels and ribbon tied around it. Or you could give other baked goods, like scones, mini loaves, etc.

I always like baked goods like cookies or brownies.

Is there any local speciality you'd like to share? I'm making Buckeyes, even though I'm not from Ohio, to show off the local flavor to my guests.

http://www.ourmilitarywedding.com/chocolate.html I know it says military, but not all the themes are military-based. They're really affordable (the coins at least), and I think they're super cute!!

I also thought about a candy bar, but we ended up cutting that due to the cost of the candy, jars, scoops, favor bags, etc.
