beef bullion(I love “better than bullion” paste), red wine(I usually use pinot noir), water, sliced mushrooms, minced garlic, cornstarch for thickening. Put that over steak and you have a gourmet meal…..nom nom nom. It is seriously delicious.

I love to make pesto cream (which is just bechamel with pesto) for chicken, mushroom & red wine sauce for beef & pork, onion & brandy sauce usually for steak (basically steak diane), shallot and sherry… Basically I like to combine yummy herby ingredients with alcohol, lol.  Oh, and white wine garlic sauce (works creamy or not), basil-celery-onion-garlic-carrot with red wine & tomato…
