Hi ladies! So my FI is trying to lose some weight. He's not HUGE but he's a bigger guy with a bit of a tummy. For years he's been telling me "Baby, I'm gonna give you a six pack by ____ (date)." It really doesn't matter to me because I'll love him regardless, but this weekend we were talking and I challenged him to do it by the 4th of July. If he can't do it by the 4th (which is fine), I'd love for him to work toward a healthier weight and hit his target by our honeymoon (next May). He's an ex-athlete (swimmer) so he knows how to work out and get fit.
Where we (read: I) need help is on the food side of things. I can pretty much eat what I want as long as I do it in moderation ::ducks flying objects:: He needs to watch what he eats. I usually make dinner and I'm in need of some healthy recipes. He will eat anything, while I'm a little picky (not a huge veggie person). What are some of your favorite healthy meals?
