Feeling under the weather today had me busting out a favorite home remedy of mine for sore muscles…
1-2c Epsom Salt
1-2 Hydrogen Peroxide
Few Squirts of Honey
Pour all of this into warm bath water, mix it up and soak. It always help relieve sore muscles from being sick, and I have super dry skin so it also gets rid of flaky spots on my elbows, heels and what not.
What is a home remedy you use?

I love to drink lots of green tea with plenty of honey if I’m getting stuffy or a sore throat. I also boil a pot of water and sit over it with a towel over my head to make my own ‘steam tent’ for congestion. And if I’m puffy or have a bad sinus headache or migrane, I dampen 2 wash clothes and alternate them b/w the freezer and my face.

@indibee: I meant 1-2 Cups of HP…
I LOVE hot tea + honey when you’re feeling icky…. and the cloth idea since I do get the occasional migraine!
