So I am currently doing the couch to 5K program to up my cardio abilities and in 2 weeks I am going to start adding in some strength workouts!  I have all of Jillian's DVDs (for the most part) and was going to add 4 videos a week (2 will be the 30 day shred because I love it) but I am looking for input from other Jillian fans about her other DVD;s...I have:

    -Ripped in 30

    -No more trouble zones

    -burn fat boost metabolism

    -6 Weeks ABs

    -Shred it with weights

Also...I am thinking about getting yoga meltdown...thoughts?

    Thanks! :)

I have banish fat boost metabolism (more cardio based than anything else) and no more trouble zones (more strength training). If you are looking for a good strength work out I would go with no more trouble zones! It's a longer workout, but it breaks it into sections so you don't always have to do the whole workout.

I love No More Trouble Zones...except for the fact that I can barely walk the next day! ;)

My first DVD was 30 Day Shred.. used to love that!

Now I have Ripped in 30, and No More Trouble Zones. To me, Ripped in 30 is an excellent tough workout... and No More Trouble Zones is even tougher!! :D But very good.

I have a stack of her DVDs.  I LOVE Killer Buns and Thighs.  The workouts are tough but really fun, and I got great results doing it 1-2 a week, mixing it in with other workouts.  NMTZ is also one of my favorites -- my arms get ripped when I do it with 5 lb weights.  Level 2 of 6 week 6 pack kicks my butt every time, but also makes your core ripped (along with Level 1), so it's worth it. . . .

I could go on much longer. . . Just don't miss out on the Buns workout.  I almost didn't get it because  I was worried it would make my legs too big, and wouldn't be a good overall workout.  Now I can't wait for shorts season to roll back around (for the first time in my entire life!).
