I'm doing Insanity right now by Beachbody. Its kind of the next step up from P90X and I am loving it. Its pretty brutal but its nice not having to plan my own workout and it usually goes by pretty quick. Most days are 45 minutes including warmup, workout, and cooldown. I'm an exercise professional and while I feel slightly shameful for telling you that I don't like writing a workout for myself, especially during school and wedding planning, I do feel that Insanity is a valid program and is excellent for toning. I bought mine off craigslist for $50 as opposed to the $200 from Beachbody. Hope this helps!
Insanity is awesome. My friend has it and I do it with her whenever I am at her house. It is a great full body workout. I have been doing Jillian Michaels every morning when I get up and then after work I go to the gym or go running. I would say to mix it up as much as possible. On Satudays, my fiance and I go hiking.
@coachmtobe: Thanks for the rec. Did you do P90X first? Maybe I should try it. I'm a certified athletic trainer and I too hate working out!!
@alisonann15: Glad to hear another recommendation for Insanity - have you tried P90X?
Bump, because I want to know what everyone likes as well :)
I've got a few DVDs, but am always looking for more. I currently have Jillian Michaels '6 Week 6 Pack' and 'No morer Trouble Zones', Women's Health 'Wedding Workout' and 'Train for your Body Type', and a '10 Minute Solutions Blast Off Belly Fat' dvd.
I have done insanity in the past but was disappointed that I didn't loose any weight (or really that many inches) so I will just do it again when I am at my goal weight to tone. I love love love the turbo jam workouts. I feel like it is the only workout that really works my "muffin top" area.
Does anyone do any Netflix or ondemand workouts?
@kirabee: I have not tried P90X but have heard good things about it. I have been mixing my workouts up. I workout at home in the morning. Go to classes at the gym 3 nights a week and run two days a week. I recently started a pilates class and a voga video. I think workouts that mix it up are key. Good luck!! I am about 3 weeks out and must say it has been a lot of work!!

Hey fitness bees! I've been majorly slacking lately and need to get back into daily working out. What are you favorite at-home workouts including Netflix, DVDs, and other online resources? I already have a few Jillian Michaels DVDs (30 Day Shred and No More Trouble Zones) and while I like them, I'm getting a little sick of her.
