I am hosting a bridal shower next month (in a month minus a day, actually) for my Future Sister-In-Law, and I want it to be amazing.
We already have the location nailed down (my house, eek) and are expecting about 30 total guests.
What would you recommend to make it the best ever? She’s very earthy, organic, and likes biking & games, if that impacts your advice.
What did you love?

I loved the personal touches and the hearing WHY I was special to those that attended or how I impacted their life.
Perhaps create a memory book for her and have people send you their favorite memory or story about her … or have them tell her why she’d a great wife.
I didn’t have those things captured in a book, but hearing them are some of my treasured shower memories.

Oh, I love that idea! We’re going to try to make a scrapbook with index cards that we sent out with invitations that asked invitees to write down the best advice they had for a happy marriage, OR the best advice they ever received from a female relative. Hopefully we’ll get good things.
I wonder whether we can at least try to incorporate favorite memories/stories. Certainly I can try to bring it up in conversation at the very least!
