@ShabbyChicBee:  one of my favorites is bacon wrapped little smokies.

I take the little smokies, wrap them in bacon, roll them in brown sugar, and bake them. sooooooooog good! And oh so fatty:)

Cheese ball!  If I’m entertaining I’ll usually make one in my stand mixer and roll it in crushed pecans.  So easy to make, yet such a crowd pleaser!  Plus I hate cutting cheese so it saves me the hassle.

Buffalo Chicken Dip is always a hit! I also make a pretty good Crab & Artichoke Dip if I do say so myself.

I make crab melts that are delish. Take lump crabmeat (canned is ok), mixed with chopped green onions, a cup of shredded swiss and a half cup of mayo. Mix together and spread on French bread. Bake until cheese is melted and then broil about 5 minutes until it’s golden. Slice it into wedges.

Mexican layer dip!! Make ahead and stick in the fridge until party time. It always tastes better the next day anyway 🙂

Ugh, I’m pretty sure I could live in party appetizer food, I love them all!

Meatballs, pigs in a blanket, spinach dip, cocktail shrimp, I could go on and on and on…

@ShabbyChicBee:  healthy version of potato skins. Microwave a few potatoes for like 8-10 minutes. Then slice then length wise in half. Use a spoon to make an oval outline, leaving a “rim” and scoop out middles. Heat oven to 400 and put on baking sheet. Spritz with olive oil and salt. I leave in for ten minutes, turn over- spritz again. Leave another ten minutes Baking. Then I slice a block of cheddar cheese and fill cavity with however much you want and return to oven until melted, maybe 3-4 min. I serve with sour cream and loooooove it!

Now I’m hungry….

Great ideas already. Anytime there is a spinach dip, I’ll eat it.

I love to make baked brie with fig preserves. 7-layer dip is so good.  Shrimp cocktail with spicy cocktail sauce (must be on ice or I don’t trust it though…). Smoked salmon and Boursin crostinis.

And who doesn’t love a good ol’ cheese and charcuterie plate?!

Seriously. I need to eat NOW!
