I've never heard of Tumblr, but I use blogspot, by Google. You can get a lot of free templates online for Blogspot by googling for them.
I think Wordpress blogs are gorgeous, but I think Blogspot is easier to use.
I think a lot of blog designs are custom, from the ones I've seen that are really nice. It's becoming more affordable to get a custom blog layout.
I use just a regular blogger account, but know you can do cute stuff on www.thecutestblogontheblock.com
I'm not sure if it's compatible with your host site though.

I was looking into blogspot.com too. I made one of those & I think I'll just switch all of the blogs over to the new site. Which might take a while :)
I just moved my blog from my wedding website (provided by mywedding.com) to google and started using blogspot.com
I am by no means a big blogger but started to really enjoy it with the wedding planning and I know family enjoys it and its super easy to customize! I was able to move some of my stuff which was the most recent from our wedding site to the blogger in a couple of hours!

I currently have a tumblr account for my blog, but I want something I can make look more fancy. Tumblr is pretty plain. I've seen some blogs that have some really cool features or looks, and was just wondering what you guys like (or what you use).
