I used to really want a LV bag but they seem to completely gone out of style in Europe. There are so so so many fakes around and in the poor neighbourhood you see the most of the LV bags. Kind of a shame. Together with Burberry scarves.
I have also seen that a lot of really wealthy old money families (like family if my DH and others I met here) practically never wear anything where the brand would be obvious. They go very understated, very expansive and no visible brands.
I love Prada bags but I wasn’t able to bring myself to spend so much money on a bag yet. So my everyday bag is a black simple Hugo Boss. I have a causal brown MK and a small orange one (was really a trend in Paris 3 years ago) from Tommy Hilfiget.

I’m a mulberry girl – Bayswater, baby del Rey, several Lily’s and mini Lillys. I had a few mulbs I wasn’t using much so sold on.
That said, today I’m using anya hindmarsh.
i bought a secondhand LV GM never full with a bit of prompting from the bees (although I didn’t need much!) and it’s so useful. Shopping bag, flight bag, laptop and work stuff. Even overnighter.

You can never go wrong with a classic Chanel. I dont have any favorite one brand but I do like Marc Jacobs, Ballenciaga, Kate Spade, D&G, and Fendi just to name a few. Thanks to thredup, poshmark, and therealreal, I can get my designer handbag fix without feeling too too guilty about it.

I love Michael Kors! I have a black one, a white and tan one and a cross body rose one. Basically one for each season 🙂 I love the solid ones because they will never go out of style!

The only reason I have two fahncy bags (Chanel flap and LV Siena) is because they were gifts from my MIL. I do love them though.
But when Im paying I just like heavy duty leather crossbody bags with out a ton of branding. I dont like dropping more than mayyybe 400$ on bags because like Drizzle said, they wear out and If Im spending thousands Id rather it be on jewelry! Im not a purse (or shoe) girl. I just get what I need. My brands are Henri Bendel and Dooney & Burke (which did have a regrettable early 2000s style-wise but is back on track with the all weather leather).

My favorites are George Gina & Lucy and Michael Kors. Both have stood the test of time.

Right now I love LV bags, they work for my lifestyle. In the future I do want a Chanel boy bag, but I have a certain net worth goal I want to meet before I can get and wear that bag with pride.
