I get excited about spaghetti squash and grapefruit in the winter, then asparagus in the spring, and all of the amazing produce that shows up in the summertime!

Apple anything (pie, applesauce, pancakes, cake, muffins, etc.), pumpkin pie, squash (mashed, ravioli, in various veggie dishes). Yum!

Pumpkin anything.  I recently found a recipe for pumpkin smoothies and have been making them for breakfast — it tastes like liquid pumpkin pie…

Pumpkin EVERYTHING, even the seeds. So delicious. I also am pretty partial to caramel apples and hot apple cider this time of year.
